At our first planning session, we’ll set the tone and vision for the gala: what we want guests to feel, what we want the night to accomplish, and the kind of experience we want to create for our parish and community. We’ll share early ideas, explore themes and possibilities, and begin building the committees and roles that will make everything come to life.
This meeting is also a chance to find your place in the process — whether you love big-picture brainstorming, details and organization, decorating, food and hospitality, sponsorships, silent auction planning, communications, or welcoming guests. No experience is needed — just enthusiasm, creativity, and a heart for St. Michael’s.
This is the first of several planning gatherings, and joining now means you’ll help shape the direction from the very beginning. Whether you can commit to multiple meetings or simply want to lend your gifts where you can, your voice and energy are welcome.
